Daily Routines

Record vitamin days.

Keep a simple date-level record of taking your usual vitamins. Create a calendar called “Vitamins” and let one X mean you took your usual vitamins that day.

Start with one clear meaning.

Mark the date after taking them, rather than in advance. Keep the meaning consistent so looking back is useful. If your routine involves several doses or specific timing, use a suitable dedicated system for those details.

  1. Create your “Vitamins” calendar.
  2. Complete the activity, then tap its date.
  3. Look back at the marked dates when you want to see your history.

A single X is a day-level record, not a dose log or medical reminder.

A separate calendar for each activity.

This real app screen shows Gym and Water The Plants. Use the same calendar approach for “Vitamins”; this is an example of the interface, rather than a fabricated vitamins screen.
