Fitness & Exercise

Track walking days.

A simple visual record of days you get out for a walk. Create a calendar called “Walking” and let one X mean you went for a walk.

Start with one clear meaning.

Decide what counts for you: a lunchtime walk, a trip round the park or an evening stroll. Mark that date once you have finished. Use a separate calendar for gym visits if you want to see both routines clearly.

  1. Create your “Walking” calendar.
  2. Complete the activity, then tap its date.
  3. Look back at the marked dates when you want to see your history.

The mark records a walking day, rather than distance, steps or speed.

A separate calendar for each activity.

This real app screen shows Gym and Water The Plants. Use the same calendar approach for “Walking”; this is an example of the interface, rather than a fabricated walking screen.
