How to Mark the Days You Reach Your Water Goal

If you have a water-drinking goal you want to keep track of, X Calendar - Daily Routine Log lets you mark the days you reach it on your iPhone. One X can remember the day without recording every drink in the app.
Can I track days you reach your water goal without a detailed diary?
Choose the goal that suits you and use your own way of checking it, such as a bottle or a separate intake record. X Calendar can then hold the completed days together. It does not measure drinks for you, so the entry comes from the goal you checked yourself.
How do I use X Calendar to record days you reach your water goal?
In X Calendar, give the record a straightforward name such as Water Goal. There is no need to build a spreadsheet before you begin. Add a date mark after the occasion you want to remember.
Keep Water Goal easy to use by adding an X when you have checked that you reached your chosen water goal, rather than saving up a list of entries to write later. If you miss the immediate entry, add the true date when you remember it. There is no need to record extra details just because you logged later; the calendar can remain the simple date view you wanted.
Create Water Goal. After reaching your chosen goal on Tuesday, tap Tuesday to add an X. If you would rather record bringing a bottle to work, use Bottle Taken instead. Keeping those names separate makes it clear whether you are recording a completed goal or a preparation habit.
- Create a calendar called Water Goal.
- After you have checked that you reached your chosen water goal, tap that date to add an X.
- Open Water Goal whenever you want to see the dates you have marked.
What can I see when I look back at days you reach your water goal?
Over a few weeks, the marks give you an easy way to remember the dates you reached your goal. You can see the completed days without adding a list of every drink. If fluid intake needs medical monitoring, follow the appropriate advice and keep the detailed amounts in the required record.
A Water Goal calendar and a bottle-preparation calendar can both be useful, but they answer different questions. Filling or taking a bottle does not necessarily mean you reached your drinking goal. Give each record a clear name if you want both views. Then use the appropriate check before marking Water Goal, while Bottle Taken can simply remember the preparation habit.
Use an amount appropriate to you. X Calendar marks the day; it does not measure the water or decide how much you need.
Download X Calendar - Daily Routine Log on the App Store and start your water goal calendar.
